The White County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a series of recent burglaries and thefts across the county involving farm equipment, recreational vehicles, and oil field equipment.
Sheriff Jordan Weiss reported that six incidents have been documented, and the thefts are not confined to any single area. Evidence from each scene has been collected and sent to the Illinois State Police Crime Lab for forensic analysis.

A $500 Crime Stopper reward is being offered for information leading to a felony conviction and the recovery of stolen property. Sheriff Weiss said additional details will be released as the investigation continues.
