The City of Fairfield’s Joint Review Board will hold its 2024–2025 annual meeting on Wednesday
, November 5th at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Fairfield City Hall.
The meeting, which is open to the public, will focus on the Central Area Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District.
According to the agenda, Mayor Gary Moore will call the meeting to order, and board members will review and approve minutes from the January 15, 2025, session. The board will also examine the annual report for TIF District #1, review the district’s current status, and discuss any miscellaneous business before adjourning.
