Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 21-year-old Caitlyn Jelley of Fairfield Thursday night on a charge of Retail Theft. Deputies conducted a traffic stop around 11:30pm on a vehicle and during the stop, deputies located items they believed were stolen from Wal-Mart in Fairfield. After confirming the items were stolen, the items were confiscated and Jelley was transported and booked into the Wayne County Jail and released and given a Notice to Appear in Wayne County Circuit Court.
