Kassie Martin, 29, of Grayville, has been charged in Edwards County with failure to return from furlough, a Class 3 felony.
Martin was sentenced to three years in prison on October 31 for a vehicle theft conviction. She failed to report to authorities as required, prompting the new charge, which was filed Tuesday following an investigation by Grayville City Police.
