The St. Louis Blues will try to get on a winning streak when they host the Philadelphia Flyers at Enterprise Center tonight. The Blues are coming off a 3-2 win over the Calgary Flames at home on Tuesday. St. Louis is in seventh place in the Central Division with 15 points. Tonight’s game starts at 7:00PM.

Illini Hoops Hosts Colgate

(Champaign, IL) — The number-14 Illinois Fighting Illini basketball team looks to stay undefeated when they host Colgate at State Farm Center tonight. The Illini just beat number-11 Texas Tech 81-77 at home on Tuesday. Illinois is off to a 3-and-0 start this season. Tonight’s game tips off at 8:00pm and can be heard on WFIW-AM 1390 on the Illini Sports Radio Network powered by Learfield. Pregame show starts at 7:00pm.

(Minneapolis, MN) — The Chicago Bears go for their third win in a row when they visit the Minnesota Vikings at US Bank Stadium on Sunday. The Bears are coming off a 24-20 win over the New York Giants last weekend. Chicago is tied for first place in the NFC North with a 6-and-3 record. The Bears lost to Minnesota when the two teams met in Week One. Sunday’s game kicks off at noon.

(Florham Park, NY) — The Jets are shutting down one of their best playmakers for at least a month. Garrett Wilson was placed on injured reserve on Thursday. The pass catcher is eligible to return from IR in Week 15.

(Undated) — For the first time in MLB history, both leagues have repeat MVPs. Dodgers two-way star Shohei Ohtani won the award in the National League, while Yankee slugger Aaron Judge took it home in the AL. The win is the fourth of Ohtani’s career and the third in a row, while Judge took home the third of his career. Ohtani hit .282 with 55 home runs and 102 RBIs, while going 1-and-1 with a 2.87 ERA in 14 starts on the mound. Judge hit ..331 with 53 home runs and 114 RBIs.

(Las Vegas, NV) — MLB’s general manager meetings wrapped up on Thursday. No major moves went down during the week, which marks the unofficial start to the offseason. The BBWAA handed out its MVP Awards on the final day of the festivities. Next up on the MLB calendar is the owners meetings next week in New York.

(Chicago, IL) — Pete Crow-Armstrong is taking home some more offseason hardware. The Cubs centerfielder was named to the All-MLB Second Team yesterday. Crow-Armstrong broke out in the 2025 season, making his first All-Star team. The 23-year-old hit .247 with 31 home runs, 95 RBI’s, and 35 stolen bases last year.

>>Guardians Pitcher Clase Arrested In Gambling Investigation

(New York, NY) — The second of two MLB pitchers accused of taking bribes in an alleged gambling scheme has pleaded not guilty. Cleveland Guardians pitcher Emmanuel Clase [[ Clah-say ]] was taken into custody after arriving at New York’s John F. Kennedy Airport from the Dominican Republic on Thursday. He and his teammate Luis Ortiz allegedly accepted bribes from bettors and then intentionally threw balls on certain pitches. Both could get lengthy prison time if convicted.

>>Knicks’ Jalen Brunson Out With Ankle Sprain

(New York, NY) — A star player on the Knicks is out indefinitely. ESPN reports Jalen Brunson is dealing with a Grade One ankle sprain and will be evaluated daily moving forward. The guard won’t play in Friday’s matchup against the Heat. Brunson suffered the injury during New York’s loss to the Magic on Wednesday. It’s the same ankle that cost the two-time All-Star 15 games last season.

(Undated) — The third annual NBA Cup is set to continue Friday. The third week of Group Play games will consist of nine matchups being played on Friday. Some of the top contests include the Miami Heat visiting the New York Knicks, the Detroit Pistons playing host to the Philadelphia 76ers, the Houston Rockets entertaining the Portland Trail Blazers and the Golden State Warriors traveling to challenge the San Antonio Spurs. Group Play extends through November 28th, when teams will either be eliminated or advance to the Knockout Round that is set to begin on December 9th. The NBA Cup Championship game will be played December 16th in Las Vegas.

(Undated) — Under Armour and NBA icon Stephen Curry have mutually agreed to end their 13-year partnership effective immediately. Curry will maintain sole ownership of his Curry Brand, and is now a sneaker free agent. Under Armour CEO Kevin Plank said in a statement that the move is about “discipline and focus on the core Under Armour brand during a critical stage of our turnaround.” Curry said in his own statement he’s excited for a future focused “on aggressive growth with a continued commitment to keep showing up for the next generation.”

(Stockholm, Sweden) — The NHL is back overseas this weekend. The Nashville Predators and Pittsburgh Penguins will play two games in Stockholm, Sweden as part of the NHL Global Series. The games will be played Friday afternoon and Sunday morning before the teams return stateside. These will be the only games played outside of North America this season.

(Undated) — Week 12 of the college football season is underway. A pair of ranked teams will be in action on Friday, as number 20 Louisville will host Clemson and eighth-ranked Oregon will take on Minnesota in Eugene. Saturday, there will be four matchups between ranked teams. Fourth-ranked Alabama will host number 11 Oklahoma, fifth-ranked Georgia will play number 10 Texas at home, ninth-ranked Notre Dame will travel to face number 22 Pittsburgh, and number 17 USC will face number 21 Iowa in Los Angeles.

(Chicago, IL) — The Northwestern Wildcats go for a big upset when they host number-18 Michigan at Wrigley Field tomorrow. The Wildcats are coming off a 38-17 loss to number-17 USC on the road last weekend. Northwestern is tied for ninth place in the Big Ten with a 3-and-3 conference record and a 5-and-4 mark overall. The Wildcats last win against the Wolverines was in 2008. Tomorrow’s game kicks off at 11:00AM.

(Southampton Parish, Bermuda) — Adam Hadwin is atop the leaderboard following the first round of the Butterfield Bermuda Championship being suspended due to darkness. Hadwin shot an opening round six-under par in a round that leaves him alone atop the standings after the first day of play. Takumi Kanaya and Braden Thornberry are tied in second-place at five-under par. Thornberry will play the final two holes of his opening round on Friday. Play resumes Friday morning at 7:30 local time and the second round will begin as scheduled.
