Residents looking to lead a healthier lifestyle are invited to join the Illinois Nutrition Education Program for a free class in Fairfield. The class will be held on Tuesday, December 9th from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Feed My Sheep Soup Kitchen, located at 200 West Main Street.
Participants will learn simple ways to eat healthier, move more, and save money at the store. The program is open to all and aims to provide practical tips for making healthier choices every day.
