The Olney Central College Community Choir will present its annual Christmas Concert at 7 p.m. tomorrow night in the Dr. John D. Stull Performing Arts Center.
Directed by Dr. Andrew Pittman, the concert will feature a variety of selections celebrating the joy and spirit of the holiday season. Highlights include “We Need a Little Christmas,” “You’re a Mean One, Mr. Grinch,” and “Santa Baby” featuring soloist Genesis Cadwell. The choir, made up of local musicians and OCC students, will also perform classics such as “Do You Hear What I Hear” and the a cappella chant “Of the Father’s Love Begotten.”
Other featured songs include “Merry Christmas, Merry Christmas” from Home Alone 2 and “The Mister Heat Miser/Mister Snow Miser Song” with Isaiah Henson and James Benton. Garridan Goss will be the soloist for “Jingle Bell Rock.”
The evening will conclude with a traditional Christmas carol sing-along. Admission is free, and donations will be accepted to support the OCC Music Department.
