On November 19th, the Edwards County FFA participated in the Lakeland College Agronomy CDE. During this competition, members identified crop seeds, weed seeds, plants, and agricultural equipment. They also completed a general knowledge test and an insect identification test. Team members included Cheyenne Duncan, Grant Doelling, Hayley Perry, Levi Gill, Quentin Pike, Keyleigh Wood, Eli Garrett, Jaden Evans, Bristol Duncan, and Kayden Alexander. The Edwards County FFA team placed fourth overall.
On December 4th, the team competed at the Section Agronomy Competition held at Wabash Valley College, placing fifth overall. Members for this event were Cheyenne Duncan, Hayley Perry, Grant Doelling, Jaden Evans, Quentin Pike, Alexis Rivera, Gus Bishop, Levi Gill, Keyleigh Wood, and Erik Wallace.
