A new outreach initiative has been announced for veterans residing in Edwards County. The program, titled “Serving Those Who Have Served,” aims to deliver food directly to veterans’ homes at no cost, as a gesture of gratitude for their service.

The Hope Center invites veterans, or those who know a veteran in need, to reach out for assistance. The organization emphasizes that there is no charge for this service—it is simply their way of giving back to the community’s heroes.

Veterans or their loved ones can connect with the Hope Center by calling or texting 618-445-2065, sending a message via Facebook, or visiting the center in person on Wednesday mornings.

The Hope Center is located at 23 West Cherry, Albion, and more information can be found at www.echopecenter.org
