Unconfirmed reports circulating suggest U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) may have conducted an enforcement operation overnight Friday at Toyota Boshoku Illinois in Lawrenceville.
Information shared on social media and secondary sources claim multiple individuals were detained, with some reports estimating as many as six people taken into custody. As of now, neither ICE nor Toyota Boshoku Illinois has issued an official statement confirming any operation.
