A 22-year-old Albion man is facing a felony charge in Edwards County.
Maricello L. DeVasquez has been charged with aggravated domestic battery with strangulation, a Class 2 felony. Edwards County State’s Attorney Eric St. Ledger filed the charge last Wednesday.
A detention hearing before a judge is scheduled for Friday, January 23rd.
