A 28-year-old Olney man, Adam Zuber, appeared in Wayne County Circuit Court on Tuesday, where he admitted to violating a previous probation order. Zuber was originally placed on 18 months probation after being charged with Driving Under the Influence.
Judge Matt Vaughn re-sentenced Zuber to a new term of probation lasting 24 months. In addition to the extended probation, Zuber was ordered to pay court costs. The judge also imposed a stayed sentence of 90 days in the Wayne County Jail, which means Zuber will only serve that time if he violates the terms of his new probation.
