Andrew Gregory, 30, of Wayne City was arrested Sunday night by Wayne County Sheriff’s deputies. Gregory has been charged with Aggravated Domestic Battery. During the investigation, evidence was discovered that Gregory strangled and battered a family member. Gregory was located at another residence and was taken into custody. He was transported and lodged in the Wayne County Jail, where he is being held pending a court appearance.
