Sunday afternoon around 4:30, Wayne County Deputies and Fairfield Police investigated a suspicious vehicle near storage units on Petroleum Blvd in Fairfield. Deputies identified one of the subjects as 41-year-old, Cody L. Massie of Fairfield who was wanted on a Wayne County warrant for Possession of Methamphetamine (Petition to Revoke).
Massie was taken into custody, and during a search incident to arrest, deputies discovered he was in possession of methamphetamine. He was arrested on preliminary charges of:
Wayne County Warrant
Possession of Methamphetamine
Massie was transported and lodged in the Wayne County Jail pending a court appearance.
