In Wayne County Circuit Court proceedings Monday, 48-year-old Damon Irwin of Fairfield pleaded guilty to Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, a Class A misdemeanor.
Irwin was placed on one year of court supervision and ordered to pay court costs. He must also undergo an alcohol and drug assessment by a court-approved agency. As part of a plea agreement, two additional counts in the case were dismissed.
