The Illinois Department of Corrections (IDOC) is inviting area residents to learn more about career opportunities within IDOC at an upcoming Community Job Fair & Recruitment Event. The event will take place at Albion City Hall in Albion, Illinois, on Thursday, February 26th from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Representatives from the Illinois Department of Corrections will be on hand to provide information and answer questions about available positions and career paths within the department. Attendees will also have the chance to speak directly with IDOC recruiters from the Lawrence Correctional Center.
The event aims to connect job seekers with IDOC staff, offering an opportunity to explore stable, public service employment options. In addition to meeting with recruiters, attendees are encouraged to learn about the wide range of benefits and advancement opportunities available within the department.
