Just before 1:30 Wednesday afternoon, a White County Sheriff’s Deputy was called to the White County Probation Office regarding 63-year-old Tommy Clark of Mill Shoals, who was allegedly trying to defraud a drug test. During the investigation, the deputy reported finding a urinary deception device attached to Clark and collected it as evidence.
Clark was arrested and jailed on charges of Attempt to Defraud a Drug/Alcohol Screening Test and violation of probation. He appeared in court Thursday and is set for a March 4th pre-trial hearing in a separate case tied to an October 2025 arrest that includes multiple charges, including alleged burglary.
