47-year-old Shelly S. Dixon, 47of rural Fairfield, was arrested Wednesday afternoon by Carmi police after being pulled over on Oak Street for driving on a suspended license. Police also cited her for marijuana possession and driving without insurance. She was released with a notice to appear in White County Circuit Court.
