The Jimmy & Rosemary Cox Foundation is dedicated to making Wayne County a better place to live. Established in 2018 through the generous vision of Rosemary Cox and her late husband, Jimmy, the foundation’s mission is to “make Wayne County a better place to live through charitable support of initiatives that advance the public interest, including providing scholarships to students in Wayne County to improve the lives of those residents.”
Scholarship applications are now available through the guidance offices of all Wayne County high schools. Students interested in applying are reminded that all application materials must be returned by April 15th.
This initiative aims to support the educational goals of local students and continues the Cox family’s legacy of giving back to the community.
