A new restaurant combining the popular Applebee’s and IHOP brands is set to open its doors at 105 Potomac Blvd. in Mount Vernon Tuesday, March 24th. The dual-branded location will offer customers both restaurants’ favorites, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner all under one roof.
Guests will be able to enjoy IHOP classics like pancakes and breakfast platters alongside Applebee’s menu staples such as wings, burgers, and appetizers. The menu will also feature specialty items and a selection of cocktails.
Company officials say the new concept aims to provide more dining choices throughout the day. “We are excited to welcome guests back, especially our long-time Applebee’s fans, to experience a new, unique dining option,” said Sara Harmon, vice president of operations for Dine Brands.
The restaurant will include separate dining areas reflecting each brand’s distinct style, as well as shared common spaces. The location will be open daily from 6 a.m. to midnight.
