FNB Community Bank in Fairfield is proud to announce that applications are now open for the David Kinney Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship honors the legacy of David Kinney, one of the community’s most respected Ag & Commercial Loan Officers, who was known for his dedication to supporting local agriculture and strengthening the community through lasting business relationships.

The scholarship is open to graduating seniors from Wayne County high schools, including Fairfield Community High School (FCHS), Wayne City High School (WCHS), and Cisne High School (CHS), who plan to pursue a major related to agriculture. Up to five recipients will each receive a one-time award of $1,000.

Interested students can obtain additional information and applications from the Guidance Office at their respective schools. Completed applications must be returned to FNB Community Bank no later than April 3rd.

FNB hopes this scholarship will continue David Kinney’s passion for fostering the growth of local Ag businesses and investing in the next generation of agricultural leaders.
