The Wayne County Volunteers for Youth have announced the annual Kids In Motion Summer Day Camp, set to run from May 26th through July 31st. This exciting camp offers children a chance to stay active and engaged during the summer months, with a variety of fun and educational activities planned.
Parents and guardians can pre-register their children at the Fairfield Public Library on Wednesday, April 22nd and Wednesday, May 6th, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. A final registration opportunity will be held at the Fairfield Public Library on Saturday, April 18th, and May 2nd, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
The camp is open to children entering Kindergarten through 8th grade. The camp will be held at New Beginnings Church just east of Fairfield. Registration costs $25 per child, with a discounted rate of $15 for each additional sibling. Campers will enjoy a wide range of activities, including:
Arts, crafts, music, science, games, group activities, swimming, and field trips.
The camp runs Mondays through Fridays from May 26th to July 31st from 6:30am to 5pm. Kids In Motion provides a safe, fun, and enriching environment for children during the summer, helping them learn valuable life skills while making new friends.
