The Wayne County Sheriff’s Department arrested 65-year-old Marvin D. Legg on Thursday afternoon on a Wayne County warrant for Failure to Appear and Contempt of Court.
Later that day, Legg was sentenced to 30 days in the Wayne County Jail for Violation of Pre-Trial Release. He is currently lodged in the county jail pending a court appearance.
