In Wayne County Circuit Court on Tuesday, two area residents appeared before Judge Denton Aud.
Casey A. Withrow, 36, of Cisne, entered a guilty plea to Reckless Driving, a Class A misdemeanor. Withrow was sentenced to 12 months of conditional discharge and ordered to pay court costs. As part of the plea agreement, one additional count in the case was dismissed.
In a separate case, 41-year-old Justin DeJaynes of Johnsonville pleaded guilty to Driving While License Revoked. DeJaynes was sentenced to two years of probation and ordered to pay court costs. He was also given 30 days of home confinement, with credit for 22 days already served in the Wayne County Jail. According to the plea agreement, three additional cases against DeJaynes were dismissed.
