EDWARDS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ANNOUNCE APRIL 6TH MEETING AGENDA

The Edwards County Commissioners will convene for their regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, April 6th at the Edwards County Courthouse. The meeting is set to begin at 9:00 a.m. and will cover a range of topics affecting county operations and community services. Numerous items are on the agenda including:

Approval of minutes from the previous meeting

Report from Sheriff Darby Boewe

Executive Session – Finance

Discussion with County Health Office and the Edwards County Medical Association

Review and consideration of a lease agreement for the County Health Office

County Highway updates, including the Ecoplexus Albion Solar Project Road Use Agreement

Consideration of a date change for the May Commissioners’ Meeting

Discussion and potential amendments to the 2026 budget

County Treasurer updates, including FY2025 Audit Engagement Letters

Executive Session – County Highway Building Update

Landfill operations update

Bellwether LLC Letter of Agreement for FY27 budgeting services

Proposed Zoning Ordinance discussion

Scheduled phone call with Bellwether, LLC at 10:00 a.m.

Proposal for a new county website

EMS updates

Consideration of Resolution 04-06-26(05) to opt into the Federal Scholarship Tax Program
