Edwards County 4-H will offer a free workshop, “The Art of Coping,” aimed at helping youth navigate end-of-year challenges through music, creative expression, and simple art techniques. The session is designed to promote emotional awareness, grounding, and healthy coping strategies.
The event will take place on April 22nd from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m., and is open to 4-H youth ages 12 to 18. Organizers say the workshop is developmentally appropriate, accessible, and intentionally crafted to support youth well-being.
