The Flora Masonic Lodge is gearing up for its 5th Annual Auction, scheduled for Saturday, May 30th at 10:00 am. This year’s event will take place at the Clay County Fairgrounds in Charley Brown Park and promises another exciting lineup of useful and intriguing items up for bid.
Donations are being accepted within a 50-mile radius of Flora, and anyone interested can call 618-843-3815 for more information. Monetary contributions in the form of checks or money orders should be made payable to the Shriners Hospital and mailed to Don Fry at 323 East 4th Street, Flora.
Dagg’s Auction Service will serve as the auctioneer for this important annual event. All proceeds from the auction will go directly to support the Shriners Hospital for Children, which provides life-changing specialized pediatric healthcare. Last year’s auction was a tremendous success, raising $14,293 for the hospital.
Organizers hope to surpass last year’s total and continue making a difference in the lives of children who rely on the care provided by the Shriners Hospital for Children.
