The Edwards County Farm Bureau Foundation has announced the recipients of its 2026 Collegiate Scholarships, supporting local students pursuing agricultural degrees at the collegiate level. This year, the Foundation awarded a total of $4,000 in scholarships to two deserving students.

Kassidi Metcalf of rural Albion was awarded the top scholarship of $3,500. Metcalf, the daughter of Daniel and Amanda Metcalf, is currently attending Murray State University and majoring in Agronomy.

Aly Williams of rural West Salem received a $500 scholarship. Williams, the daughter of Cody and Derra Williams, is set to attend Murray State University after graduating from Lakeland College.
The Edwards County Farm Bureau Foundation Collegiate Scholarship is presented annually each spring to at least one college student from Edwards County majoring in an agricultural-related field. Since its inception, the Foundation has awarded over $107,000 in scholarships to local students, including this year’s $4,000.
The Foundation continues its commitment to supporting the next generation of agricultural leaders and congratulates this year’s scholarship recipients.
