Wayne County Sheriff’s Department arrested 27-year-old Kendra M.S. Vanscyoc of Mount Vernon, on a Wayne County warrant related to a retail theft charge from 2024.
Following her arrest, deputies transported and lodged Vanscyoc in the Wayne County Jail pending a court appearance.
