All highway vehicles are invited to join the Wasabi Ride on Saturday, May 9th, hosted by Not Your Ordinary Church (NYOC) at 120 North St, Fairfield. The event is being held in memory of Alexis Sargent, a talented artist and musician who tragically lost her life in a car accident in 2021.
Funds raised from the ride will benefit art and music scholarships established in Alexis’s honor. “Band was where she found her people, and art is how she expressed herself,” organizers shared, reflecting on Alexis’s passion and creative spirit.
Registration for the ride begins at 8:00 a.m., with kickstands up at 9:00 a.m. Participants will travel approximately 100 miles. After the ride, attendees can enjoy food, raffles, and door prizes.
