Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 22-year-old Jagger Owen of Geff on Thursday morning. Owen was taken into custody on a St. Clair County warrant for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. He is currently lodged in the Wayne County Jail, pending extradition to St. Clair County.
