The Fairfield Retail Merchants are inviting the community to shop local during a special Mother’s Day promotion set for Saturday, May 2nd.
The event will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., with participants asked to pick up a punch card at the Chamber office beginning at 8:30 a.m. After receiving a card, shoppers will visit 12 participating businesses, where each location will provide a flower stem.
Once all stops are completed and a full bouquet is collected, participants can finish their experience at Blessed Blooms, where bouquets will be wrapped or placed in a vase—just in time for Mother’s Day.
No purchase is necessary to participate. Participants must be at least 18 years old, and only one card is allowed per person. A limited number of cards will be available.
In addition to the promotion, shoppers are encouraged to watch for special deals and offers at individual businesses.
Participating merchants include Fusion Coffee, Farmer’s Daughter, Mindy’s Sew Shop, Grace and Bloom, RJ on Main, Carnaby Square, Jovalou Cuisine and Cocktails, Everlasting Florals, The Healing Cottage, Uniquely Rustique, Rusty Star Consignments, and Blessed Blooms Flower Farm and Market.
