The Wayne City Miss Bean Queen, Ava Minor and her team have kicked off their annual Toy Drive, inviting the community to join together in bringing joy to children in need. Organizers encourage everyone to participate, emphasizing that every donation—no matter the size—can help make a child’s day a little brighter.
Donations can be dropped off in the designated donation box at Dollar General, or brought directly to Wayne City Park on Saturday between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM. All donations will go to Cardinal Glennon’s Child Life Team. Monetary donations will also be accepted.
For those unsure of what to donate or seeking a hassle-free option, organizers have created an Amazon Wish List.
