A free summer food program will once again provide meals to students in Grayville, ensuring children have access to nutritious food while school is out of session.
The “Feed the Kids: Summer Food Program” will run from June 1st through July 31st, offering free sack lunches Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Meals will be distributed daily at the Grayville Pavilion.
The program is open to all Grayville students, with no cost to participate and no registration required. Organizers say families can simply arrive during the designated time to receive meals.
Each sack lunch will include a main lunch item, a snack, and a drink, helping provide balanced nutrition for children throughout the summer months.
Community leaders say the program is designed to support families and promote a healthy, active summer for local youth.
