The Fairfield Police Department is recognizing the upcoming retirements of two longtime dispatchers.
Jody Clark will officially retire effective June 21st after more than 28 years of service. Clark began working for the department on June 20th, 1998. His last active workday was March 4th, after which he utilized accrued time off that will lead up to retirement.
Brad Moore is also retiring from the department after more than 26 and one half years of service. Moore began his career with the department on December 18th, 1999, and his official retirement date is June 12th. Officials say Moore continues working up until his retirement date.
Department officials thanked both dispatchers for their dedication, professionalism and years of service to the Fairfield community and Wayne County.
