FAIRFIELD PUBLIC LIBRARY ANNOUNCES SUMMER ACTIVITY MORNING SERIES

The Fairfield Public Library is inviting children and families to kick off the summer with a series of fun and educational activity mornings throughout June and early July. The events, which will feature special guests and hands-on programming, begin at 10 a.m. on scheduled days.

The summer lineup includes:

Wednesday, June 3rd – Animal Education with Mesker Zoo
(All stations open at 10 a.m.)

Wednesday, June 10th – Summer Block Party!
(All stations open at 10 a.m.)

Wednesday, June 17th – Silly Safari
(Programming begins in the Reading Area.)

Wednesday, June 24th – Music with Josh Livesay
(Programming begins in the Reading Area.)

Wednesday, July 1st – Mad Science!!
(Programming begins in the Reading Area.)

The library’s Summer Activity Morning series promises a wide variety of activities, games, treats, and special presentations for children of all ages. All activities and stations will be open at 10 a.m. as scheduled. The event is made possible through partnerships with Wayne County Enrichment, Wayne County Historical Society, Fairfield WADI Office, Friends of the Fairfield Public Library, Wayne County Art Alliance, and Fairfield Public Library Foundation.
