53-year-old Crystal R. Musser of Cisne was arrested on a Clay County warrant charging her with theft under $500, a Class-A misdemeanor. The arrest occurred following a traffic stop on North Main Street in Flora.
After being taken into custody, Musser was booked at the Flora Police Department and later released with a notice to appear in court on June 15th.
