The Grayville Memorial Park Pool will officially open for the summer season on Saturday, with swimming available from noon to 8 p.m.
City officials also announced a free swim day will be held Sunday from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., sponsored by Archie Louise and Larkin Trucking.
Pool hours for the summer season will be Sundays from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Thursday from noon to 6 p.m., and Fridays and Saturdays from noon to 8 p.m., unless a private party has been scheduled.
Daily admission is $3 per person, and free swim will be offered every Sunday throughout the season.
Season passes are also available for purchase at the pool. Individual passes are $75, family passes for two people are $125, and family passes for up to four people are $150 and $20 for each additional person. Passes will be sold at the pool.
The pool will also be available for private parties at a rate of $75per hour. Reservations may be made directly at the pool.
Special summer activities will include Aqua Zumba classes on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:15 p.m. to 8:15 p.m.
Residents seeking additional information or wishing to purchase passes are encouraged to visit the pool during operating hours.
