
Former Frontier Community College and Fairfield Lady Mules Volleyball Coach, Chet Snyder appeared Tuesday in Wayne County Circuit Court.
Special Prosecutor Jennifer Mudge appeared on behalf of the state, while Snyder appeared with attorney Troy Parrish.
By agreement of both the prosecution and defense, the case was continued for a new pretrial hearing scheduled for Tuesday, July 21st at 1:30 p.m. in Wayne County Circuit Court.
Snyder faces charges involving alleged unlawful sexual contact with two males, including one alleged victim who was a minor. Since his arrest in September of last year, Snyder has remained free under pretrial conditions.
He is charged with three felony counts, including two counts of criminal sexual abuse and one count of unlawful restraint, along with a misdemeanor charge of providing alcohol to a person under the age of 21.
Judge Denton Aud has ordered Snyder to have no contact with either alleged victim as the case proceeds through the court system.
