Wayne County Circuit Court saw multiple cases resolved Tuesday as Judge Denton Aud accepted guilty pleas and issued sentences for two area residents.
Rachel Esmon, 47, of Cisne, pleaded guilty to unlawful sale of liquor to a minor, a Class A misdemeanor. Esmon was sentenced to 12 months of court supervision and ordered to pay court costs.
Everett Irwin, 43, of Mt. Vernon, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Irwin received one year of conditional discharge and was ordered to pay court costs.
Under the terms of a plea agreement, two additional counts against Irwin were dismissed.
