Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to two separate car vs. deer accidents on Tuesday. The first occurred around 4:45 a.m. when Natasha Parker, 27, of Fairfield, driving a 2019 Jeep Utility vehicle, collided with a deer as she was traveling east on Highway 15 east of Fairfield. The vehicle sustained over $1,500.00 damage as was towed from the scene.
The second accident occurred at 8:10 pm Tuesday evening when Angel Fuentes, 55, of Bridgeport was traveling on US Highway 45 south of Fairfield in a 2015 Jeep Cherokee and collided with a deer near County Road 100N. The vehicle sustained over $1,500.00 in damage and was towed from the scene.
