Kyle Hebner, 37, of Mill Shoals, appeared before Judge Denton Aud on Tuesday in Wayne County Circuit Court to face a misdemeanor charge of Driving Under the Influence. Hebner entered a guilty plea to the charge and was sentenced to 1 year of Court Supervision. He was also ordered to undergo an Alcohol and Drug Assessment, complete Alcohol Counseling, and complete a Victim Impact Panel and was also ordered to pay fines and court costs totaling $2,181.00.
