The Fairfield Public School District #112 will hold its monthly meeting tonight at 6:00 p.m. in the Center Street School Boardroom. Items included on the agenda are: Action on the Fiscal Year 2027 Amended Budget, Financial Reports, and the Superintendent’s Report. The Board is expected to take action on the Student Handbook, Fiscal Year 2027 school fees, Commercial Insurance Renewal, School Treasurer Bond, and set the Fiscal Year 2027 Board meeting dates. The Board will also hear Principals’ Reports from both Center Street and Northside, along with a Board member’s report or request. The Board is scheduled to enter into Closed Session in order to discuss information regarding Appointment, Employment, Retirement or Dismissal of an Employee; Labor Relations; Collective Negotiations; Litigation; Public Office Vacancy and Student Discipline. At the conclusion of the Closed Session, the Board is expected to act on Act on Resignation of Paraprofessional(s), Employment of Paraprofessional, and Employment of Certified Teacher. The meeting will conclude with informational items and adjournment.
