This year’s Hamilton/Wayne/White Relay For Life Event was a success! The fight against cancer cannot be won alone. Organizers say they are thankful to our business sponsors, organizations, and individuals who gave so generously and contributed in any way to this success. We are grateful to the 40 cancer survivors present who inspire us to continue our mission; the First Baptist Church Carlton Center for opening their doors for our event; Clay Rapp for providing the entertainment; One Strong Mission Youth for organizing the kids fun booth and setting up luminary bags; the 501 luminaries lit in honor of loved ones; those who supported us with raffle items; and to each person who contributed in any way to the success of our Relay. Relay For Life would not be possible without the support of our communities, our Relay team members, and participants! Your efforts help to continue the research needed to better understand, prevent, and cure cancer. Thank you for making a difference in the lives of so many.
