A fundraiser will be held tonight (Friday) to help a Fairfield pastor cover the cost of cataract surgery.
Not Your Ordinary Church, located at 120 North Street in Fairfield, will host a benefit dinner for Pastor Taco Jon Sargent tonight. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m., with the meal beginning at 6 p.m.
The dinner menu will include chicken and noodles, mashed potatoes, corn and rolls.
Organizers also plan to hold several raffles throughout the evening, including a 50/50 drawing, with proceeds going toward Pastor Sargent’s medical expenses.
