Fairfield Memorial Hospital is offering reduced rate lab testing at multiple locations from July 13th through July 25th. Community members can take advantage of these affordable screenings by scheduling an appointment at 618-847-0400.

Edwards County Health Office – 329 N 5th Street, Albion, IL
July 13th, July 15th, July 17th, July 20th, July 22nd and July 24th 6:30am to 9:00am
Fairfield Horizon Lab – 210 NW 10th Street – Fairfield, IL
July 13th – July 18th – 8:30am to 10:30am
July 20th – July 25th – 7:00am to 10:30am
Carmi Horizon Lab Clinic – 1103 W Main Street, Carmi, IL
July 13th – July 18th, 8:30am to 10:30am

Available tests include Hemoglobin A1c (diabetic monitoring) for $20, PSA (prostate specific antigen) for $20, and a general health profile (including CBC, liver and kidney function, and lipid profile) for $40. Payment is due at the time of service, and participants must be at least 18 years old. No food or drink after midnight the day of a scheduled test. Results will be mailed within two weeks.
