A Fairfield woman was arrested Monday afternoon after a probation compliance check at a residence in Fairfield.
According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were serving paperwork at a residence on Monday when they suspected possible illegal activity. Deputies contacted Wayne County Probation and requested a compliance check of the home.
During the check, authorities reportedly discovered methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
As a result, 28-year-old Amanda M. Galbreath of Fairfield was taken into custody and transported to the Wayne County Jail where she remains lodged pending a court appearance in Wayne County Circuit Court.
