The Illinois Secretary of State Driver Services Facility in Fairfield has reopened following renovations and has returned to its location at 307 Market Avenue west of Fairfield.
The updated facility resumed operations Monday and now operates as a “One-Stop-Shop,” allowing customers to complete both driver and vehicle services at a single counter. State officials say the new format is designed to improve efficiency, reduce wait times, and provide a more convenient customer experience.
Residents needing driver’s license, identification card, title, registration, or other vehicle-related services should once again visit the Market Avenue location for assistance.
Additional information about services and hours is available through the Illinois Secretary of State’s office website at www.ilsos.gov.
