The Groff Memorial Public Library in Grayville will host a special educational presentation titled “Founding Fathers: Myths, Realities, and Legacies” on Saturday at 1 p.m.
The program, presented by Historically Speaking, will explore the lives, beliefs, and lasting influence of America’s Founding Fathers, including George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin, and Alexander Hamilton.
According to event organizers, the presentation will separate fact from fiction while examining the complex personalities, accomplishments, and contradictions of the men who helped shape the United States. Participants will learn about common myths surrounding the nation’s founders, the historical realities behind those stories, and the legacies they left behind.
The event will be held at the Groff Memorial Public Library in Grayville and is open to the public. Organizers encourage community members interested in American history to attend.
