The Fairfield Elks Lodge #1631 is inviting golfers to participate in its annual golf tournament on Saturday, August 8th at the Fairfield Public Golf Course.
The event will feature a two-man scramble with an entry fee of $200 per team, which includes a Bloody Mary bar, unlimited beer, and lunch.
Golfers can choose between two flights. The 8:00 a.m. competition tee time is limited to 18 teams and offers cash prizes of $1,000 for first place, $400 for second, and $200 for third. A 50/50 raffle will also be held.
The 1:00 p.m. party tee time has unlimited team openings and will feature a different game or theme at each hole, bar stations throughout the course, mulligans, and a 50/50 raffle. Cash prizes for the afternoon flight are $400 for first place, $200 for second, and $100 for third.
Golfers will also have a chance to win a new truck by making a hole-in-one on Hole No. 10, courtesy of LeMond Chevrolet Chrysler.
